For one night only, the former colleagues, dear friends, and culinary heavy-weights will join forces in the Kiin kitchen to dish out a stunning five-course dinner showcasing their unique flairs in perfect unison: Williamson's passion for stripping cooking to its primordial elements and cooking on an open fire, and Bertei's unparalleled signature style of merging Western techniques with Thai flavours.
Alongside this beautiful menu we are serving six stunning matched wines from McLaren Vale winery Ministry of Clouds including their very limited single vineyard Grenache’s and three bespoke cocktails from the local legends at Never Never Distilling Co spirits.
