A Culinary Journey with Adam D'Sylva and Ben Bertei
An unforgettable culinary collaboration is coming to Kiin this May as Chef Ben Bertei reunites with critically acclaimed Chef Adam D’Sylva for a one-night-only dining experience that will be one of the highlights of the Tasting Australia 2025 program.
Two decades after first working together at the eponymous Longrain, these two powerhouse chefs are joining forces again, combining bold South-East Asian flavours with touches of their shared Italian heritage to present a unique and elevated five-course menu.
We are also collaborating with some of our favourite local producers for the night with cocktails from 'Threefold Distillery' and hand-selected premium wines from S.C. Pannell in McLaren Vale.
Set against a vibrant backdrop of music from our resident DJ Nick Fahey, this evening promises to be immersive, energetic, and full of flavour; celebrating the very finest local, seasonal produce.
Also as a special touch, each guest will receive an exclusive Kiin gift bag to take home.
