Threefold x Kiin
When we approached the team at Threefold, we had a clear vision and that was to create a gin that could stand proudly alongside our bold, vibrant food and cocktails.
Something unique to Kiin. Something with flavour, structure and soul.
Working closely with the Threefold crew gave us the chance to take our ideas beyond the kitchen and into the distillery.
Together, we explored how Thai flavours could translate into gin, with botanicals like green mango, toasted coconut and oyster shell taking centre stage.
This wasn’t just a label project. It was hands-on.
We toasted and dried ingredients together, tested and tweaked, until every detail felt right.
