Following on from an amazing run last year, Kiin's 'Cook's Tour' is back again for another unmissable season as Chef Ben Bertei and the whole crew will once again transport you to Kiin’s spiritual home, Thailand.


On this years tour we'll be exploring the influence Thailands unique landscapes have had on shaping the countries diverse, vibrant and remarkable cuisine. 


Each stop of the tour will feature a beautiful menu inspired by Ben's travels and experiences, showcasing his uniquely creative take on traditional techniques and recipes.

For this episode the focus is seafood and the important role Thailands rivers and coastlines have played in shaping traditional recipes.
